Exterior House Painting in Wexford, Wicklow & Dublin

An Irish exterior takes a beating — driving rain, salt air and damp winters. A proper exterior paint job isn't a coat of masonry paint; it's washing, treating, filling and sealing first, so the finish actually survives the weather it's up against.

What's included

Everything in the price, nothing added later.

Power washing

The whole elevation washed down to remove dirt, algae and chalking paint before anything goes on.

Moss and mould treatment

Fungicidal wash on north-facing and shaded walls so growth doesn't come straight back through the new paint.

Crack repair and filling

Hairline cracks raked out and filled, loose render made good, so the surface is sound before painting.

Masonry paint

Weather-resistant masonry systems from Fleetwood and Dulux, two full coats as standard.

Trim, soffits and fascia

Windows, doors, gutters, soffits and fascia cut in by hand for clean lines.

Site left clean

Everything sheeted, plants protected, driveways swept before we go.

Common questions

Exterior House Painting — your questions answered.

How much does it cost to paint the outside of a house in Ireland?

Most family homes fall between €2,500 and €6,000 depending on size, height, render condition and how much trim work is involved. We price per property after seeing it, so the number you get is the number you pay.

What time of year is best for exterior painting?

April to September gives the best drying conditions in Ireland, but we work outside those months whenever there's a dry, mild spell. We won't paint onto damp render just to keep a date.

How long does exterior paint last?

A properly prepped exterior in good-quality masonry paint typically holds 8 to 10 years before it needs refreshing. Coastal properties may need attention sooner.

Do you paint the gutters and windows too?

Yes — soffits, fascia, gutters, downpipes, window frames and doors can all be included. Tell us what you want covered and it's in the price.
