Garden Rooms in Wexford, Wicklow & Dublin
A garden room is the cheapest extra room you'll ever add to a house — a home office, a gym, a guest room or somewhere the teenagers can go. Ours are built on site from the ground up, fully insulated and wired, and finished to the same standard as the inside of your home.
Typically from €8,000 depending on size and specification

Everything in the price, nothing added later.
Concrete or ground-screw base
A proper level base sized to the build, so the structure sits solid and dry.
Insulated floor, walls and roof
Insulated throughout with a breather membrane, so it's usable in January, not just July.
Electrics and lighting
Sockets, lighting and a dedicated supply run from the house by a qualified electrician.
Windows and doors
Double-glazed units and doors sized to the space and how you'll use it.
Exterior cladding
Timber, composite or rendered finishes to suit the house and the garden.
Interior finish
Plastered or panelled, painted and trimmed — ready to move a desk into.

Garden Rooms — your questions answered.
Do I need planning permission for a garden room in Ireland?
In most cases a garden room under 25 square metres to the rear of the house is exempt from planning, subject to conditions on height, garden area remaining and use. We'll flag anything that looks like it needs permission, but check with your local authority before committing.
How much does a garden room cost?
Most builds start around €8,000 and rise with size, glazing and interior specification. A simple insulated office is at the lower end; a larger room with a bathroom or kitchenette costs considerably more.
Can it be used all year round?
Yes — that's the point of insulating floor, walls and roof properly. With electrics in place, a small heater keeps it comfortable through an Irish winter.
How long does it take to build?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks on site once the base is in, depending on size, spec and weather.
